Strange Sigil Found at Sanatorium Hill

Recently, one of our fortean friends found this unusual pentagram in the haunted woods behind Sanatorium Hill.  I am unable to place the clearly occult markings exactly, mostly due to their irregularity.  It seems that grass isn't a great canvas for displaying works of arcane art.  The pentagram itself is clear, and the symbols outside of the star remind me of the Hebrew letters that spell "leviathan" along the outside of the Sigil of Baphomet, but their placement around the star is all wrong to truly represent that particular sigil. In any case, you can be sure that the Society will be heading back there to try and see the pentagram for ourselves, and naturally we'll poke around to see what else we can scare up.  In the meantime, what do you think it is?  Can you identify the strange symbols?  If so, please let us know!.
