Packs of Black Eyed Kids

Black Eyed Kids are reported to travel in small groups of children between the ages of six and sixteen.  It's not known why these creepy kids travel in packs, but their objective is always the same; they seek entry into wherever their victims happen to be, and they will prey on your sense of sympathy to get it.  So far, few people have allowed them the access they've requested, but those that have report being plagued by strange maladies and terrible luck.
