Paranormal Pop Culture: Dexter's Chupacabra

Dexter’s Laboratory, a cartoon about a boy genius who constantly battles his sister Dee Dee to keep her out of his basement laboratory, featured a chupacabra in one of its episodes.  In “Got Your Goat,” Dexter created the creature to scare off his sister, but it escaped to Mexico and started attacking goats.
